Overview
Today’s workforce is more age-diverse than ever before. Longer life spans, changing career patterns, and evolving economic pressures mean that, for the first time, up to five generations may be working side by side. While this diversity brings a wealth of experience and insight, there can also be differing expectations, communication styles, and working preferences. If not well managed, this can be a source of tension leading to lower workplace productivity.
Participants will explore the values and drivers of each generational group, recognise common friction points, and learn how to build age-inclusive teams.

By the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Recognise generational differences and the value they bring to team performance
