Allia Impact has opened applications for its new Scale Up Programme, a free 7-week hybrid initiative designed to help founders of social enterprises and impact businesses across Cambridgeshire grow their ventures while staying true to their mission.
Delivered at the Papworth Printworks Social Enterprise Hub, the Scale Up Programme offers ambitious founders the opportunity to gain strategic clarity, develop new revenue streams, access investor networks, and strengthen leadership resilience.
Over the course of the programme, participants will:
- Build a tailored growth strategy roadmap
- Benefit from 1:1 mentorship from experienced founders and business experts
- Improve investment readiness and connect with funders
- Explore business model innovation and revenue diversification
- Strengthen impact measurement and communication
- Join a peer community of like-minded entrepreneurs
Applications are open to founders who have been trading for at least 12–18 months and have early revenue or traction. The programme is particularly relevant to those facing challenges around sustainable growth, accessing funding, and communicating their impact effectively.
Applications close on 27 October 2025, with the programme starting on 3 November. Cohort places are limited to 10–12 participants to ensure tailored support.
With over 25 years of experience supporting impact-driven ventures, Allia Impact has a strong track record of helping founders raise investment, secure contracts, and grow their social and environmental impact.
“The Scale Up Programme is about giving ambitious founders the tools, confidence, and networks they need to grow their businesses while staying true to their values. We’re proud to be supporting the next generation of social enterprises in Cambridgeshire to achieve greater impact,” said Umesh Kumar, Head of Venture Support with Allia.
