Become the best in Business and Administration

Cambridge Regional College is pleased to announce a Higher Level Apprenticeship in Business and Administration. This is a new qualification being introduced from September 2012 as part of the Government's drive to put Apprenticeships at the forefront of practical vocational qualifications. As a result they are heavily subsidised and no loans are required.

Higher level apprenticeships are level 4 qualifications (equivalent to a foundation degree) and are tailored to individual business needs through an extensive range of options. The candidate, the business and the economy benefit a true win-win-win scenario.

The qualification is candidate led, which means that whenever possible the College works around the candidate’s business schedule to optimise business efficiency and candidate results. This comprehensive qualification will consolidate and further develop competent business administrators, so that their contribution to the business is further enhanced in a senior capacity. Higher level apprentices will work in roles such as office managers, administration team leaders, personal assistants or business development executives.

The qualification is open to all age groups and there are no formal qualification entry requirements; however candidates are expected to have considerable experience of the administration procedures and work practices (to be determined by interview and assessment). The more typical route would be a progression from the Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Business and Administration (Level 3).

In order to qualify, candidates should not be receiving any other Government-funded training, must be employed and not have prior attainment of a Level 4 qualification or above. Candidates must be British or EU residents.

So if you are a good business administrator, but want to aspire to Becoming the Best, then you need to seriously consider this qualification.
