Cambridge Filmworks promotes the Cambridge Science Festival 2016

Cambridge Filmworks has worked with the University of Cambridge to produce a series of compelling promotional films for the Cambridge Science Festival 2016.

With events covering everything from astronomy to zoology, big data to AI, the Cambridge Science Festival is one of the most eclectic places in the world to discuss and explore science through talks, hands-on activities, performances, exhibitions, tours and films. This year's Festival focuses on how we manage the vast amounts of data we collect and generate to increase understanding of our world.

Cambridge Filmworks has worked closely with the University to produce a series of short promotional films exploring subjects as diverse as artificial intelligence, machine learning and the future of mankind, big data in healthcare and cross interdisciplinary scientific discoveries.

Contributors include Professor Martin Rees, Astronomer Royal and Emeritus Professor of Cosmology and Astrophysics at the University of Cambridge, Dr Lydia Drumright, University Lecturer in Clinical Informatics and Professor Dame Athene Donald, Professor of Experimental Physics at the University of Cambridge.
