Cambridge law firm holds insightful training to help organisations affected by Brexit

Stone King's series of online training sessions will help businesses, charities and schools get to grips with the changes brought about by Brexit.

Stone King, which has an office at Bateman House, Hills Road in the city, has launched its Immigration Training webinars and has already seen a number of organisations sign up.

Immigration Training for Business and Immigration Training for Charity both take place tomorow (27 January), while Immigration training for Independent Schools and Immigration Training for State Schools take place on 29 January.

The training will be delivered by Head of Immigration Julie Moktadir (pictured) and will give an up-to-date overview of right to work checks – including for European nationals now that the UK has left the EU.

It will also look at the movement of EU nationals, for example frontier workers, as well as visitor visas for the purposes of business activities and longer-term travel.

Sponsorship will be covered including the new types of Certificate of Sponsorship and the continued compliance requirement.
