From 6pm until late, adults and children can take part in guided walks around this unique working farm environment, and tuck in to a delicious BBQ at the reserve’s stunning viewpoint – one of the most panoramic sites in Cambridgeshire.
This special get together offers something for everyone and is a great opportunity to experience Coton Countryside Reserve – located just 1.5 miles from Cambridge and open for quiet recreation from dawn until dusk every day of the year.
Fancy yourself as a bit of a tractor spotter? Check out the Reserve’s collection of agricultural equipment – old and new. Browse an informal exhibition on farming and wildlife. Then, after enjoying some food, stay to watch the charity’s beacon being lit against a magical sunset sky, followed by a final guided walk as dusk appears.
