The free-bitesize sessions, beneficial to anyone with line management responsibilities, will provide insight on leadership and management topics, with guest speakers and panellists from companies to discuss hot topics affecting businesses today. Attendees will also hear first-hand how companies have implemented changes during the pandemic and how they have moved away from traditional techniques to continue to motivate and lead their teams remotely.
