‘How to win an employment tribunal’ takes place on Thursday 6 May, with the one-hour panel discussion focusing on the legal and practical steps for employers when faced with a claim.
The webinar will look at a number of issues including implementing a case strategy, settlement options, what is needed for the defence and how to handle cross examinations.
Attendees at the live question and answer session will gain advice from both a solicitor and barrister perspective. Speakers are Peter Woodhouse, Head of Business at Stone King (pictured), Solicitor Nikki Hosker and Ghazan Mahmood, Senior Barrister at St John’s Building Barrister Chambers.
