Event visuals: Design that functions at every stage

The visual thread that holds your whole event together...

Most people ask us for one thing when they're planning an event.
Sometimes it’s booth graphics. Sometimes a slide template. Occasionally both, often on short notice.

But...design can be the thread running through the whole event – before, during, and after.
This is what that can look like:

End-to-end event timeline graphic, with colourful dots along a line and handwritten text outlining the stages in the body copy as a visual

Before…
⭐️ An event brand (logo, colours, type) that makes everything feel coherent
⭐️ Promotional graphics — social posts, speaker cards, email headers
⭐️ A slide template so six different speakers don't look like six different events

On the day…
⭐️ Signage, programmes, name badges
⭐️ Holding slides that tie in with everything
⭐️ Live visual notes – ideas from each session drawn out in real time

After…
⭐️ Polished visual notes to share with attendees
⭐️ Recap graphics for social
⭐️ Content that makes the event last longer than the day itself

You might not need all of this (and there might be additional items!). But if you know what’s possible you can make better decisions about where to put your effort.
We've got a page walking through exactly what this looks like in practice – take a look.
