We offer advice and guidance to all of our members as well as their spouse, partner or dependents, regardless of length of membership.

What we can help with

We have a flexible approach to helping you resolve difficulties no matter how big or small. Our advisors can assist you confidentially and signpost you to support on a variety of issues including the following:

  • housing issues
  • health issues
  • career support
  • checking your rights

Every case is different so our support and advice is tailored to your individual circumstances.

We can put you in touch with specialist independent organisations if you require further support, and where appropriate, and only with your permission, we can refer you to our specialist careers team or other colleagues who can support you in your profession.
