Wellbeing at Work
Better mental health. Stronger teams.
Wellbeing at Work delivers practical, evidence-informed mental health and wellbeing training that helps organisations equip their people with the skills and confidence to build healthier, more sustainable workplaces.
We work across finance, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, professional services, legal and public-sector organisations, bringing deep corporate and leadership experience to subjects that can feel complex, sensitive or difficult to discuss.
Our strength is making these conversations relevant to the people in the room. Whether we're working with an all-staff audience, a group of managers or an executive team, we create space for people to engage with important subjects without jargon or judgement, while staying grounded in the realities of working life.
The language matters. So does the person delivering it.
Our Training Programmes
We offer bespoke workshops and tailored programmes covering:
- Mental Health Awareness

Our Approach
Our training is grounded in evidence and designed for real-world application. We turn complex and sensitive subjects into clear, engaging learning that people can understand, discuss and use.
We work comfortably with busy, high-performing organisations and people at every level, creating psychologically safe environments where people can ask questions, challenge assumptions and have conversations that matter.
No jargon. No judgement. No oversimplification. Just thoughtful learning that lands.
Alongside training, we provide mental health and wellbeing consultancy, helping organisations understand their needs, develop practical strategies and turn them into programmes and initiatives that work for their people and culture.
Our work through the Wellbeing at Work Summits connects global organisations, practitioners and experts to share practical insight and emerging thinking on workplace mental health, wellbeing and performance.
