Organised by HotelRes, the Cambridge Events Exchange Showcase is a relaxed mini expo bringing together Cambridge’s hotels, venues, restaurants and event suppliers to celebrate the opening of Cambridge City Football Club’s facilities. The aim is simple: bring our local events community together, showcase what Cambridge has to offer and create new connections between venues, suppliers and corporate event organisers.

Open Event  on the 11th November 2026 from 15:00 -18:30

  • Meet and connect: A relaxed showcase giving you time to discover exhibitors, share ideas and
    explore opportunities.
  • The Venue Loyalty Card: Receives a loyalty  card to collect stamps from exhibitors you meet with. Completed cards enter a prize draw. 
  • The Great Cambridge Bake Off:  Enjoy some treats and vote for your favourite bake! 
  • Stadium tours: Explore the new facilities at Cambridge City Football Club.
  • Networking and prizes: We’ll round off the afternoon with the Best Bake announcement and prize
    draw from the loyalty cards stamped.
