Join Cambridge Network to welcome Howes Percival as our speakers to explain how data protection law is changing and what you need to know now to comply.

Data Protection law is constantly evolving. The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (DUAA), which amends the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, implemented a number of changes during the early part of 2026 with the last provisions taking effect from 19 June. It introduced some  new key changes for UK organizations.

Hannah Steggles, Partner and Matthew Potter, Partner at Howes Percival will take you through those key changes that relate to complaints handling, automated decision-making, legitimate interests and subject access requests.

The interactive session is a must for business owners; data protection officers; and HR practitioners.
