However, this isn't always helpful when you want to step outside your comfort zone, promote yourself, or even take up a new hobby. In this practical and compassionate one-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to recognise your inner critic, understand where it comes from and interrupt it before it takes over.
Through guided reflection, simple tools, and real-life examples, you’ll practice replacing self-judgment with clarity, confidence, and self-trust. You’ll leave with techniques you can use immediately; at work, in relationships, and in moments of pressure to quiet the critic and show up more fully as yourself.
