About the Role:

This is an exciting time to join the HR Systems Team because we are bidding for investment funds to replace our current HR System. If successful, you will play a key role in the procurement and roll out of a new system. Also, the engagement of stakeholder in its design and use.

 

You will report to the Assistant Director HR Systems and Transformation and lead and manage the direction and day to day activity of the HR Systems Team. Developing and improving the existing systems and self-service in conjunction with our customers. You’ll will also lead on the creation of high-quality management information and on statutory reporting and returns.

 

You will have a higher degree plus significant demonstrable professional experience relevant to the role or relevant professional qualification as post graduate level (chartered where appropriate) and significant demonstrable professional experience. With previous relevant experience of managing HR systems, you will continually look for ways to make our systems and processes efficient, effective and user friendly. Also, develop our reporting, dashboards and modelling ability ensuring it delivers strategic and management insight and supports business decision making.  

 

A graduate ideally in a business information systems related area or with relevant experience, you will have substantial HR system design and implementation experience as well as good process redesign and project management skills. Be passionate about high standards, developing good customer relations and delivering a professional service. You will also have good people skills and be keen on developing and motivating the HR Systems Team.
