Magdalene is one of the most beautiful colleges in Cambridge. It has the longest river frontage of any Cambridge college and we’re located near the centre of Cambridge without being right in the centre.
The College is looking to appoint a Painter & Decorator to work as part of the in-house team providing planned and reactive maintenance across the College estate (main site and outside properties). The postholder is responsible for all aspects of painting and decorating, including internal/external finishes. Work is carried out in occupied and historic (listed) buildings and requires excellent preparation, finishing skills and safe working practices.
The position is full-time, 40 hours a week, with a salary of up to £31,810 dependent on qualifications and experience and excellent benefits including:
