Ever fancied yourself as Spider Man?
Why not take Action for Addenbrooke's, get together with friends or colleagues, and join ACT's first annual Action Heroes Abseil on Sunday 18 May?
The abseil is a sponsored event taking place at Ely College near Cambridge and is open to those aged 14 and over.
You can challenge yourself to scale down Ely College's 100ft tower, see the views of the Cambridgeshire countryside and help raise money for patients at Addenbrooke's and the Rosie.
