Acupressure point for tired eyes

Yumi Matsumoto is going show you a point called Taiyo in Japanese and it may help for tired eyes, tension headaches and many more...

In the Eastern way of looking at the human being there are twelve main channels of energy running through the body called Keiraku or Meridian lines. These channels run beneath the surface of the skin but at certain points they spring to the surface – it is via these points (also called acupressure points or tsubo) that we can directly affect the flow of energy by massage. The same points are used in Acupuncture as well.

In this post, I am going show you a point called Taiyo in Japanese and it may help for tired eyes, tension headaches and many more...

Its located in an area slightly inside your temple. You will find it on the edge of the bone. It is good to press especially after watching computer screen for long hours...

Please make sure press the point VERY GENTLY for about 10 seconds and repeat for about 5 times. If you are not sure about the pressure, please use a cotton bud.

This technique should not be used if you are not well, pregnant or consume some alcohol already.
