BDB hosts reception at Downing College for the Cambridge business community

Leading law firm, Bircham Dyson Bell, this week hosted a drinks reception for approximately 100 guests from the Cambridge business community at Downing College.

Bircham Dyson Bell opened its Cambridge office in January 2017 and the drinks reception was an opportunity to welcome local clients and contacts from across all of its practice areas, ranging from corporate and commercial, real estate, private wealth, planning and infrastructure to intellectual property and employment. The firm’s Hills Road office has expanded rapidly over the last year to meet increasing client demand in Cambridge, including with the hire of two corporate and commercial partners, Duncan Walker and James Stephen.

Simon Burson, Partner and Head of BDB’s Cambridge office, said: “We were very happy with the enthusiastic response to our largest client event to date in Cambridge. The reception was an opportunity to thank the local business community for its ongoing support as we continue to grow our office here. We are excited by the innovative developments taking place in and around Cambridge and are delighted to be in the relatively unique position of having expert local knowledge as well as the depth and expertise that our large London office can provide.”
