CambridgeSpace hosts a Workshop Facilitation Masterclass

Next month CambridgeSpace will host a masterclass on the dark art of successfully facilitating workshops. This masterclass will be of huge value to anyone who wants, or needs, to run successful events involving any degree of interaction with your audience. It would be a great way of adding to your Continuing Professional Development.

John Monks and Lizzie Mandeno will be leading this masterclass. Well run workshops lead to better engagement for internal teams, greater client and customer acquisition and retention, and improved strategic planning processes.

Whatever your work, whatever industry you are in; from startups to corporates and government, workshop facilitation is a key tool for today’s leaders. Skilled facilitators create the right chemistry to build successful teams, change mindsets, define visions and goals, and work strategy up into real-world plans and actions.

In this interactive and stimulating full-day workshop, you'll learn everything you need to know about delivering your own brilliant workshop. The session will include everything from the basics of building an agenda and managing the energy in a room, to using creative thinking and business-design tools, as well as tried and tested exercises that get the very best out of your attendees.

This one-day course is led by two leading workshop facilitators who have delivered game-changing workshops for organisations all around the world.

Lizzie Mandeno is Head of Innovation at the global marketing and technology agency DigitasLBi.  John Monks is Co-Founder of CambridgeSpace, a co-working space for social & creative entrepreneurs in Cambridge.

The event takes place on Thursday 10 November at CambridgeSpace (51 Scotland Rd, Cambridge CB4 1QW)
