Can we borrow your graduate employee for a couple of hours?

Do you employ a recent graduate or two? Does your organisation have less than 100 employees? Anglia Ruskin University would love to talk to your graduate employees at a focus group on Friday November 1st in central Cambridge.

Anglia Ruskin University writes:

We are keen to hear the views and experiences of graduates who are already working within SMEs. Their feedback will help shape the content of the skills development programme offered by Anglia Ruskin University as part of the GREATS (Graduate Recruitment Employability and Training Supply) scheme. This will also be a good opportunity for networking with other graduates from across the region.

GREATS is designed with local SMEs and graduates in mind. It’s about raising graduate awareness of the range and breadth of SMEs and the employment opportunities that come from working with them, and for employers, helping them access and retain the right graduates for their organisation.

Through a range of services including an online jobs board, a comprehensive recruitment service, and a six-month training course delivered by Anglia Ruskin, GREATS provides smaller companies with the equivalent of an in-house graduate scheme.
