A new ‘Social Media for B2B’ course starts the series, with essential advice on planning a social media strategy aimed at businesses keen to build brand awareness and visibility.

Delegates will find out about engaging an audience and increasing return on investment during the course, which costs £290 and takes place at CRC on 26 October.

The focus will also be on helping improve search engine optimisation by increasing awareness and interest in brand content – key areas for businesses looked to increase their profile.

Angela Hughes, head of CRC’s employer engagement, said: “We’re delighted to be partnering Cambridge Marketing College and bringing their expertise to CRC’s professional courses for business. Marketing is a key area for every business, and these courses are designed to boost brand awareness as well as sales.”

‘Making the most of Internal Marketing’, which takes place on 30 November, looks at a key but often ignored area – providing more effective internal marketing and boosting brand awareness among staff. A company’s employees can be their most important marketing tools, and good marketing can create additional value both externally and internally.

’Opening a New Market’ will focus on developing a specific strategy to open up a single new market. Organisations need to fully understands the specific challenges surrounding the market being targeted, and the course will help delegates set goals, understand the target market customer, determine new market trends and challenges, and understand marketing and sales channels.
