Paul is responsible for the development of the technology behind CTBO’s Field App and will be looking at expanding this development to enhance the current offering. In addition to this Paul will be managing and expanding CTBO’s successful training and professional development courses.
Paul has over 20 years' experience working for a diverse range of audio/video, videoconferencing and control system companies. Paul spent six years attaining his Electronics/Electrical engineering qualifications from Leeds College of Technology.
Doug Selmes, Managing Director, said: “Paul is a great addition to the team. He will be working with Tony and I to continue to grow CTBO into a leading AV provider in the UK and Europe. Paul has a wealth of experience that complements the skills set of our management team.”

We felt the time is right to bring on board Paul to develop our service offering through expanding and improving our technology offering and developing our training and professional development courses. This will enable Doug and I to concentrate on developing our core business of being audio visual installation specialists."
CTBO was founded in 2014 by Tony Booth and Doug Selmes. The company is going from strength to strength, with the Directors identifying key areas of this industry that need to be improved and diversifying the company’s offering to underpin these improvements. CTBO has developed a training course that is aimed at setting the minimum standards expected from their engineers and innovative Apps that streamline communications between the team on-site and its clients.
