Feabhas have announced that they will be presenting three classes at this year's US based ARM TechCon conference to take place in Santa Clara between October 29th and 31st.
The ARM TechCon event will provide embedded engineers with technical sessions, hands-on labs, an exhibition, demonstrations, keynote speeches and panel discussions. It is intended to be a key event for engineers seeking to keep up to date with the methodologies and tools for building ARM-based products.
Feabhas is a recognised leader in the training of software engineers for realtime and embedded systems, and is also an ARM Approved Training Centre. Feabhas's clients include many of the world's leading technology companies, whose staff regularly attend Feabhas training courses. The range of courses available at Feabhas includes subjects such as C/C++, Embedded Linux, Embedded Windows, UML, Android and Embedded Java.
"We are very pleased to be a part of this event," said Niall Cooling, Managing Director at Feabhas. "We undertake a lot of training with ARM devices, so these classes at this year’s event will give us a chance to share some of our knowledge and experience in this field. "The classes that I will be presenting will discuss such issues as software development for multi-core devices and the benefits of C++ in the ARM environment."
With the theme, “Where Intelligence Connects”, the ARM TechCon 2013 has been designed to facilitate collaboration by connecting the hardware and software communities in a single event. With combined activities for chip designers, system implementation engineers and software developers in a shared space, it is anticipated that delegates will learn from each other and collaborate on innovations, while also benefiting from dedicated activities to address the specific needs of their unique communities.
“For anyone working with ARM devices, or maybe thinking of moving to an ARM platform, this conference is shaping up to be an extremely useful and productive event,” said Niall Cooling. “There is a lot going on in the ARM space these days; a lot of very useful tools, software and hardware solutions. I think this event will offer engineers a valuable opportunity to explore this technology and learn more about ARM solutions.”
Feabhas presentations at ARM TechCon will be:
* Can Existing Embedded Applications Benefit from Multicore Technology?
* Virtual Functions in C++ on the ARM Architecture
* Developing a Generic Hard-Fault Handler for ARM Cortex-M3/Cortex-M4
