Ixion is working in partnership with Anglia Ruskin University, stakeholders and the Greater Cambridge and Peterborough Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) to offer employers the opportunity to access funded qualifications to SME’s and Micro Businesses. The overarching aim of the partnership is to tackle skills shortages across specific sectors to create a strong and highly skilled workforce which will contribute to the future growth of the area and a sustainable economy.
Funding is available to small and medium sized businesses to fund qualifications across a range of sectors for people working in the area aged 19+. Some of which include:

- Construction / Groundwork’s
- Social Media
- Customer service
- Engineering
- Manufacturing
- Business Administration services
- Self employed / business support
- Book keeping
