Zetta Genomics wins Tech Trailblazers award for Big Data

The Tech Trailblazers Awards, the first independent global awards programme dedicated to the enterprise technology start-up ecosystem, has announced that Zetta Genomics is the winner of the Big Data Trailblazers category.

Andy Etheridge, Director of Strategic Partnerships at Zetta Genomics, commented: “We are the only Cambridge founded and headquartered company in our category, which means we have the honour of representing the city’s thriving start-ups scene and innovation in big data.

“Zetta Genomics is helping to embed highly effective precision medicine within routine healthcare.  By bringing vast amounts of genomic data together with information from a host of other sources – and allowing clinicians and researchers to query this data from anywhere in the world - we help to ensure that precision medicine will be accessible to everyone. We’re thrilled to be shortlisted by Tech Trailblazers in the Big Data category, recognised alongside some of the most innovative companies on the planet.”

Zetta was shortlisted in November by a judging panel made up of leaders from global start-up incubators, industry giants and deep tech experts.
