Hewitsons announces dates for young professional events in 2015

Hewitsons law firm has announced dates for its 2015 Horizon networking events for young professionals in Cambridge.

The first event will take place tomorrow  (January 28th) with future events being arranged every quarter on April 29th, July 22nd and October 21st at different venues across the city.

The Horizon networking events were established to provide young professionals with the opportunity to forge valuable working contacts to support a developing career. This was in recognition of the growing population of young professionals in Cambridge, many of whom stay living in the city after completing their degrees at the University of Cambridge and Anglia Ruskin University.

The series of events, which have taken place in Cambridge for the past two years, have become a great addition to the networking calendar, with the number of attendees increasing steadily at each event.

Organisers of the Hewitsons Horizon networking events for the Cambridge series include Stewart Morrison (Dispute Resolution Solicitor), Francesca Tuckerman (Agriculture, Food and Rural Business Solicitor) and newly qualified solicitor Hannah Postle (Dispute Resolution Solicitor) along with many other young professionals at the firm.  They look forward to welcoming many new and familiar faces to the 2015 events.

Commenting on previous Horizon events, Ben Dyer of PEM said: “The Horizon networking events are always enjoyable and provide a really relaxed atmosphere where you can get to meet and build vital working relationships for now and in the future”

Horizon events start after work at 6pm and end at around 8pm. It is an open evening whereby people can join for the whole duration or just part of the evening. Young professionals interested in attending the Hewitsons Horizon networking events, are encouraged to register their interest via horizon@hewitsons.com
