The launch took place at the Wellcome Trust in London, in front of an audience of learning specialists and representatives from different industry sectors. Setting the launch in context, guest speaker Dr Itiel Dror from UCL explained how technology could be used to reduce cognitive load and improve knowledge acquisition, retention and recall.
Workplace DNA® is a learning subscription service for employers. It combines carefully curated and credentialled expert content with powerful artificial intelligence to deliver, track and promote personalised learning that drives performance. The ‘DNA’ element of Workplace DNA® relates to the thousands of separate learning outcomes identified by International Workplace’s curriculum specialists that are mapped to learning resources – the building blocks of the library.

About Dr Itiel Dror
Itiel Dror received his PhD in human performance, cognition and learning from Harvard University. He specialises in applying theoretical and academic research about how humans learn to increase efficiency in real world domains. In addition to dozens of scientific articles that he has published about his research in learning and technology, Itiel has used this work to design and evaluate a variety of learning applications in governmental agencies (such as the US Air Force and the UK Identity and Passport Services), as well as in commercial companies (such as IBM, Orange, and PricewaterhouseCoopers).
