Marshall Centre writes:

She’ll be partnering with the team and our customers to help us develop innovative propositions, which enable our customers to achieve their desired outcomes.

Hayley has a varied experience within L&D, working predominately in logistics and the emergency services. Hayley has experience of L&D consultancy, specialising in both leadership and neurodiversity.

“I believe in giving every individual the opportunity to be the best version of themselves and supporting personal growth. I love to see individuals thrive as they progress in their career and the impact L&D has on this.”

Some of her key achievements are developing a hybrid leadership development-coaching programme, delivering keynote talks alongside Microsoft, becoming a virtual delivery SME and designing virtual workshops to help employees embrace the changes throughout the pandemic.

Since she joined us, she’s been busy getting to know the team and learning more about Marshall Centre.

I’ve been in the business for a month now and I’m loving being part of Marshall Centre. I’ve joined a team who have already embraced hybrid working, which is brilliant, I’ve already had the opportunity to get involved in new projects, including the delivery of leadership courses and apprenticeships. I was fortunate enough to join on the week of the team day, which was an amazing way to meet everyone… and enjoy an ice cream!

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, getting out into the countryside and all things crafting. Hayley’s 2021 goal is to try SUP boarding!
