Open event launches superior space for meetings

Thirty guests were given an exclusive viewing of Jesus College’s new West Court facility – providing state-of-the-art spaces for meetings and conferences – as well as seeing the launch of the new Executive Package.

Representatives of regional businesses and organisations enjoyed a tour which included the 160-seat auditorium equipped with some of the most technologically-advanced AV in Cambridge, flexible rooms for meetings of different sizes, spaces for registration and refreshments and hotel-standard bedrooms.

There was also an opportunity to hear more about the new Executive Package which offers a stylish private and self-contained Conference Room as an exclusive setting for meetings of up to 22 delegates.  Equipped with a walnut boardroom table and executive leather chairs, the facility includes state-of-the-art AV with 84” wall-mounted touch-screen TV and a sound bar to support presentations and video links.

Guests were able to sample the Executive Package’s superior menus, with themed lunches and creative ideas for refreshment breaks.

Zoe Stubbings, Conference Manager said: “We were delighted that so many of our clients came along to our showcase of West Court and the launch of the Executive Package. Feedback was very positive and our hotel-standard bedrooms which are available all-year round were particularly popular.”
