Is seeing believing? Explore Perception at Cambridge Science Centre

Find out how illusions can fool your senses and your brain to reveal how we really perceive the world around us at a new exhibition at Cambridge Science Centre, 'Perception', which starts this Saturday (26th October).

From this weekend, the Cambridge Science Centre presents an extraordinary sensory experience. Its new exhibition, Perception, will use illusions to uncover how our senses and brain work and the tricks your brain uses to make sense of the world.

Get hands-on with exhibits that show mind-boggling sensory illusions.  The Centre says: "We will have new exhibits where you'll mistake a rubber hand for your own, that distort your view of the world with spinning discs and see, feel and hear things that are not there.

"Family and schools audiences will have their senses twisted by our on gallery shows running throughout the exhibition, which include Wonky Vision and What's the Flavour?

"We will also be running some special events just for adults looking at our senses. Check out more information about them here."
