Throw away your whiteboards and change the way you meet

Do you use flip charts and whiteboards in your meetings and training rooms? You may pin flip chart paper up round the room or fill the whiteboard up with notes, take a photograph, rub the notes out and then write more notes and repeat. The photographs are then sent to someone who has the job of typing them up and sending them to the meeting attendees. Ring a bell?
