Deborah Hoy, pictured with Rachel Blackburn, Director of US2U Consulting, was appointed after a thorough recruitment and selection process. She is only the second female Buildings Manager to be appointed to such a role at a Cambridge College.

The College community is delighted with the result and consider that we have broken new ground in the way that we recruit key members of staff.
