Commercial Property Agency
In 2019 Eddisons acquired the business of Barker Storey Matthews, one of the leading Commercial Agents in the Eastern Region and voted the “Most Active Agent” in the area by the Estates Gazette, recording the most transactions annually for many years. The strong regional presence through Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Lincolnshire, Norfolk and Suffolk continues with all the previous Directors of BSM joining the Eddisons teams.

We are involved in major developments, design and build projects as well as the disposal and acquisition of all types of commercial property.

We advise clients in the acquisition of property for occupational as well as investment requirements.
We can advise on lease terms, rental and freehold values and advise companies on current occupancy, future expansions or contraction, location requirement and budget. We will negotiate terms and advise on all aspects including condition, lease terms, planning and provide a full valuation service.
