Due to the UK government’s anti-avoidance tax legislation designed to tax 'disguised' employment (“IR35”), the use of external staff via contracts for work/services has become significantly more restrictive. Particularly in times when many companies are starting to recover following the Corona crisis and the labour market is in a huge state of flux, the need for flexible staffing solutions is high.
