He will discuss how using methods, that draw from fundamental psychology research, can be used to earn trust and significantly increase the probability of efficiently developing career-changing and purpose-compatible mentorship relations.
Professor Jagolinzer is Professor of Financial Accounting and Head of Accounting Faculty Subject Group at Cambridge Judge Business School. He is a member of the editorial boards of The Accounting Review and The Journal of International Accounting Research. In 2015, he was a Fellow of the International Accounting Standards Board, London. He was an Associate Professor of Accounting at the University of Colorado-Boulder and an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
