Applications are invited for a Research Assistant to join the Woolgar lab and work with Dr Jade Jackson and Dr Alex Woolgar at the MRC Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit, University of Cambridge.

The post holder will lead on recruitment and data collection for a cognitive neuroscience study investigating the causal role of prefrontal brain regions in selective attention. This study involves applying non-invasive brain stimulation (transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS)) to human participants. There will also be the opportunity for the candidate to get involved in data analysis of this project. This post would particularly suit candidates keen to gain/expand upon their research experience with different techniques. Additional opportunities will be offered to advance the candidates general interests e.g., further training or experience.

Prior experience with human data collection is essential, and experience in data collection with TMS and/or MRI is desirable. The candidate will be supported in any additional training they require for the role.
