Senior Internal Communications Manager 9 -12 month FTC

We design scalable, energy efficient-processors and related technologies to deliver the intelligence in applications ranging from sensors to servers, including smartphones, tablets, enterprise infrastructure and the Internet of Things.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and experienced communicator to join our Internal Communications team on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract parental leave cover. You will report to the VP of Internal Communications and Community and will work as part of a team based in the UK and US. This role is based in Cambridge, UK and requires a minimum of 20% in office, plus availability for ad hoc employee events in Cambridge as needed. This role will also require you to work across multiple time zones as needed (US, EMEA and APAC).

Responsibilities:


In this role you will support, develop, implement, and measure internal communications programs, with a focus on bringing Arm’s story to life for its global workforce. You will also work as part of a high-performing team where everyone contributes to our success.


Required Skills and Experience:

- A great team player who is proactive and curious and contributes ideas for improvement within the team and on internal communication strategy.

- Experience developing and executing internal communication plans for product launches, customer wins, and strategy communications, working closely with external communications teams.

- Experience working on challenging internal communications programs with multiple internal collaborators.

- Experience working with and influencing senior leaders on messaging, content creation and employee engagement opportunities.

- Ability to operate dynamically in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.


“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:


- Graphic design and video editing skills

- Proficiency with Slack and SharePoint

- Experience of working in the technology industry and/or a publicly traded company
