What is Strategy? 

  • Explore the meaning of strategy
  • Appreciate that strategy can be applied to all walks of life including personal, project, sector, industry and business

Key Elements of Strategy 

  • Explore buy-in and commitment
  • Understand how to best communicate strategy
  • Understand SWOT analysis for internal considerations and PESTLE for external considerations

Sweet Spots and Hierarchy of Statements 

  • Understand how to select strategy using sweet spots
  • Know how to define strategy under the hierarchy of statements

Embedding the Strategy 

  • Understand mission, vision and strategy in relation to renowned organisations
  • Identify your organisation’s mission, vision and strategy and consider your contribution and fit

Stakeholder mapping

  • Know to how define stakeholders 
  • Understand the need for action plans, goals and marketing actions to successfully executive a strategy
  • Conduct a stakeholder mapping exercise to effectively manage stakeholders
