Verity’s remit is to act on behalf of landowners to bring sites forward to disposal stage and also source new sites for future residential development.
Her role will involve a combination of agency and professional work including development land appraisals, site assembly and landowner’s agreements and the promotion and preparation of sites for disposal.
Speaking about her new role, Verity said: “Having worked on the developer side of the industry in various land purchasing roles, I was keen to see what life on the agency side is like and felt it was the right time in my career to make the move across. I have worked with Bidwells for several years in previous roles with house builders and have always been impressed with the professionalism of the company and the variety of projects.”
Verity brings a wealth of knowledge and experience acquired from working with some major PLCs and most recently with Hopkins Homes Ltd. where she was Senior Land Manager.
“I am looking forward to the varied workload and the new challenges that the role will present," she added. “I will be working between Bidwells’ Cambridge and Norwich offices which will enable me to build on the network of contacts I already have in East Anglia, in addition to meeting and working with new clients.”
