Biocair launches new track and trace system - MyCair

Biocair is proud to announce the launch of MyCair, its exciting new track and trace system.

MyCair will be released tomorrow (2nd July 2016) after six months of development. The bespoke product has been produced by the internal development team at Biocair, headed by Global Project Lead, Karen Coyle and supported by Global IT Manager, Stephen Lane.

The purpose of the system is to improve customer visibility of shipment location and progress, highlighting Biocair’s continued focus to be the courier of choice to the scientific community globally.

Key features include sign-on-glass technology, real-time shipment updates and customisable auto-updates at key shipment stages. These services are compatible with all devices, so clients can be kept updated regardless of their location.   The system is integrated with a myriad of airline and Biocair delivery systems globally meaning clients will receive updates automatically.

Proof of delivery information is linked directly to staff PDA’s worldwide so customers will know immediately when their consignment has been safely received at the destination.   Karen Coyle commented “We are confident that we have developed a ground breaking system that will not only save our clients time and effort, it will give them absolute peace of mind”.
