PEM Corporate Finance LLP (PEMCF) announce the promotion of two team members after a record year. James Lewin has been promoted to Manager along with Cameron Rothwell to Assistant Manager effective from 1 April 2024.
Since joining as Executive in 2022, James Lewin has helped the team expand their service offering with his varied advisory experience and specialist knowledge of financial due diligence. James has worked on several high-quality projects including the sale of Adcock Refrigeration to Bowmer and Kirkland, the acquisition of Displaynote Technologies by Kinetic Solutions, the sale of Supply Plus to Lagercrantz Plc, and buy side diligence on the acquisition of Bournemouth Glass Limited,
On his promotion, James said:
“I’m delighted to have received promotion to Manager and that Cameron’s hard work and contribution to the team has also been recognised with promotion to Assistant Manager. PEMCF continues to grow and hopefully this is a sign of things to come. Thank you to Phil, the team and the partner group for their support.”
In addition, Cameron Rothwell has been promoted to Assistant Manager, 12 months after moving from PEM’s audit division, where he started his career and subsequently qualified as a chartered ACA. His promotion follows a successful start to his career with PEMCF by supporting their latest deals such as the sale of Shoreside Law Ltd and Shoreside Agents Ltd to Davies, the management buy-out of Prestige Purchasing, and several valuation advisory assignments.
Cameron commented on his promotion:
“I am absolutely thrilled to be promoted to Assistant Manager. I have had a great first 12 months in the Corporate Finance team and have been very lucky to be part of some fantastic projects since joining. I want to thank Phil, James, Jan and Ellie for being such a brilliant team to work with. I am very much looking forward to what promises to be an exciting future for the PEMCF team!”
