Cambridge Building Society is excited to announce the launch of The Community Magazine Awards 2019 and are now accepting entries. The awards provide the perfect chance to celebrate the diverse range of publications that serve the regions communities.

Cambridge Building Society writes:

As part of our ongoing relationship with Arthur Rank Hospice Charity (ARHC), we are delighted to continue our support for the charity by hosting the 20th year of The Community Magazine Awards evening at the hospice HQ in Cambridge.

A panel of judges made up of professionals working in and around the Cambridge area will come together to review the entries submitted. The judges will consider magazines published in a 30 mile radius of Cambridge throughout 2018 and will be looking at editorial quality, community content, overall presentation and usefulness to the community it serves.

Magazine editors and publishers are encouraged to enter the awards which will give them a chance to win a prize, trophy and logo to be used in their publication.

Our Chief Operating Officer Andy Lucas said, "Its wonderful to be able to combine our ongoing relationship with Arthur Rank Hospice Charity with our 20th Community Magazine Awards. Each year we get to see how passionate people are about their community and this is our way of showing appreciation to them for the hard work they put into creating the magazines".

The awards ceremony will take place in July in Cambridge.

Entry forms can be downloaded or requested at your nearest branch or store.

The closing date for entries is Friday 21 June 2019.
