This survey is designed to learn more about how Cambridge businesses employ and support autistic people in the workplace. The results of this survey will help us to create innovative neuro-inclusive programs, supporting autism-friendly working environment, inclusive management and teams.

Autism is a lifelong developmental spectrum condition that effects how people perceive the world and interact with others. Autistic people will share certain difficulties and being autistic will impact on people in many different ways. Difficulties include social communication and interaction, restricted and repetitive patterns of behaviours and  interests. Recent Office for National Statistics data suggests that 71% of autistic people in the UK are either underemployed, unemployed or economically inactive. This is despite 77% of people who were unemployed saying they wanted to work. At Red2Green we would like to know more about the current understanding of autism in the workplace in and around Cambridge and how we can adapt our strategies to support both the autistic person and the organisation thrive.
