After studying for his ACA for the last 4 years with PEM,  Cameron Rothwell has moved to PEM Corporate Finance (PEMCF) as an Executive. His deeply analytical approach and experience in building relationships with corporates and SMEs will be a huge asset for PEMCF and their clients.

On joining PEMCF, Cameron said:

I’m thrilled to be joining PEM Corporate Finance and starting a new chapter in my career. With plenty of deal activity and the recent expansion of the team over the last twelve months, it is certainly a very exciting time to be joining. I am looking forward to working with our fantastic team to assist our clients across the region and help them achieve their goals.

Along with the new addition, PEMCF also share the news of a well-deserved promotion for Samuel Reynolds to Manager. His dedication to the team’s growth, including his own achievements throughout the last few years, including his ICAEW/CISI Level 6 Diploma in Corporate Finance to become a full member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments, makes Sam a huge asset to the team.

On his promotion, Samuel said:

I’m hugely thankful to Phil for the opportunity he has given me as Manager. I’m excited for the next stage of my development within our growing PEMCF team and enthusiastic to see what lays ahead of us. Since joining the team over two years ago, I’ve learnt a lot and worked on some cracking transactions.

Philip Olagunju, Head of PEMCF, said:

I’m pleased to welcome Cameron as the latest addition to our team. He is commercially minded, highly ambitious, and has a keen eye for detail. I am confident that Cameron will play a significant role in supporting PEM Corporate Finance’s growth aspirations. I’m also delighted to announce Sam’s well-deserved promotion to Manager. Since joining the team in 2021, Sam has played a pivotal role, helping us with his work on several high-profile deals including the sale of Masters to Knowles Transport, the award-winning MBO of Titan and the sale of Brit Stops to Harvest Hosts. Cameron and Sam are fantastic PEM “home-grown” stories and I congratulate them both on commencing the next phase of their careers.
