Lookout Call wins Diamond award for customer satisfaction

Lone worker safety specialist, Lookout Call, has once again been recognised for its commitment to customer satisfaction.

For the third year running Lookout Call, a specialist in mobile-based safety systems, has been recognised for its genuine commitment to customer service with a BenchmarQ Diamond Award from QMS International

QMS surveyed a random selection of Lookout Call clients on their customer experience, including staff performance, knowledge, products and services.

Following the survey results, Lookout Call was awarded the Diamond BenchmarQ Award for Customer Satisfaction - the highest possible accolade - after achieving an outstanding overall result of 91%.

Furthermore, all clients who took part in the survey said that they would ‘happily recommend Lookout Call to other businesses’.

“If we’ve had any queries they’ve been very responsive and have helped straight away.” (Spurgeons)

“They are very helpful and friendly and spend a lot of time with us.” (Herts County Council)

“The service does exactly what it says it’s going to do and we haven’t had any problems with it. When we’ve had to update people on the system and so forth, they’ve been very responsive.” (Ormiston)

“It’s easy to use and good value for money.” (Wanis)

“We’re rolling it out within our other trusts.” (Groundworks)
