NSIRC and Aston University offer an opportunity to upskill your staff for leadership

The National Structural Integrity Research Centre (NSIRC) near Cambridge has a proven track record of providing postgraduate students with the skills needed by industry, with more than 200 MSc and PhD students benefitting in the last five years.

NSIRC have partnered with Aston University to provide an opportunity to upskill your workforce and create new leaders for your organisation through an MSc in Engineering Leadership and Management.

The part-time course has been designed specifically for the engineering sector and places an emphasis on the ‘how’ of leadership, with project-oriented learning and assessments through assignments that relate to your business needs.

NSIRC and Aston University are recruiting for the course now, which starts in January 2019. The MSc can be funded via your apprenticeship levy contributions, meaning that there are no tuition fees to be paid.

However, you will need to hurry in order to take advantage of this opportunity as there are just 5 places left.
