It’s never too late to start practising physical activity or keep going with the once practised for years!

A supervised Personal Trainer with light weights and elastic bands is fundamental to maintaining and improving:

The muscles strength
The bone’s density reduces the risk of osteoporosis
The flexibility
Balance, which is the way to avoid falls
With just one/ two sessions a week daily basis quality of life can be improved: less fatigue in carrying bags, dressing, moving around the house, using stairs and getting off the bed in the morning.
