Scott Bradbury Ltd provides bite-sized multimedia resources for workplace soft skills development and practice. This is delivered through a ‘watch, listen, read and do’ approach via their WATCH & GO® digital streaming service and platform, with a library of 150+ learning resources. These include training videos, podcasts, skills challenges and short summaries to accompany the other learning materials. Content is split into four key topic areas – personal effectiveness, communication & teamwork, managing performance & productivity, and culture & wellbeing. Scott Bradbury Ltd offers clients curation, bespoke learning pathways, data analysis and promotional support on top of the library of content. Their staff are based in Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.

Be-A Education Ltd (t/a academy+) are multi-award-winning leaders in online vocational training, dedicated to bridging the skills gap and enhancing career opportunities for individuals and SMEs. Their expertly designed courses are available online, in-house and via blended learning, covering a wide variety of skills for many different business sectors. The strategic acquisition of Scott Bradbury Ltd brings in additional soft skills training, a wider selection of courses for users on both sides and exciting opportunities for merging products in the future.
