Cambridge Airport is preparing to host the UK Business and Aviation Day 2012 on 18 September, which is set to be the biggest yet, with a new, larger exhibition area and more delegates than ever before. The event will also stage the launch of the East Anglian Air Ambulance’s new night-capable helicopter, the first of its kind in England and Wales.

Airport busy with Olympics traffic
Cambridge Airport announced this morning that a total of 17 aircraft movements would take place at the airfield today – Friday 27 July – in support of the UK Olympics. A total of 211 further movements are booked for the Olympic period which ends following the Paralympic Games in August.
